TRAINING POLICIES
Clear expectations help us deliver a consistent, high-quality training experience.
Scheduling
- • Training sessions are scheduled using the provided booking link.
- • Sessions must match the athlete’s purchased training type (Squad Sessions, Pod Training, or Elite 1:1).
Eligibility & Discounts
- • Training sessions start at age 5.
- • A 10% discount applies to each sibling when booking multiple siblings.
Packages & Expiration
- • 4-session packages expire 45 days from purchase.
- • 8-session packages expire 90 days from purchase.
- • Unused sessions do not roll over beyond the expiration date unless due to documented injury or illness.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- • A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.
- • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, or no-shows, will result in the session being counted as used.
Payments & Refunds
- • Payment is required to confirm and schedule training.
- • No refunds are issued for used sessions.
- • Unused sessions may be refunded or credited within 7 days of purchase at the discretion of NextGen Athletic Greatness.
Conduct & Participation
- • Athletes are expected to arrive on time, prepared, and ready to train.
- • Respectful behavior is expected from athletes and parents at all times.
Safety
- • Parents/guardians acknowledge the inherent physical nature of athletic training.
- • Any injuries, limitations, or medical considerations must be communicated in advance.
These policies are designed to ensure fairness, consistency, and a high-quality training environment for all athletes.
