How NextGen Athletic Greatness collects, uses, and protects your information.

• NextGen Athletic Greatness is a d/b/a of NAG Dynasty Group LLC, based in Prosper, Texas.
• This policy applies to nextgenathleticgreatness.com and any forms, tools, or booking links associated with it.

• Registration information: athlete name, age, parent/guardian name, email, and phone number, collected through our Google Forms booking and registration links.
• Training data: session attendance, package/session balances, and coaching evaluations (effort, coachability, movement quality, agility, speed/power, deceleration) entered by the coach through our NextGen Report Card tool.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not collect, see, or store full credit card numbers on our website or servers.
• Communications: emails or messages you send us directly.

• To schedule, confirm, and manage training sessions and packages.
• To generate and send athlete report cards to the parent/guardian email provided at signup.
• To send payment confirmations, session reminders, and package-expiration notices.
• To respond to questions and requests you send us.
• We do not sell athlete or parent information to third parties, and we do not use athlete data for advertising.

• Stripe — payment processing. See Stripe's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
• Resend — delivery of report card and confirmation emails.
• Google Forms / Sheets — registration intake and internal session tracking.
• Netlify — website hosting.
• Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security practices; we only share the minimum information needed for them to perform their function.

• Our training programs serve athletes as young as age 5. All registration, communication, and billing is conducted through a parent or legal guardian — athletes themselves do not create accounts or submit personal information directly.
• Report cards and progress updates are sent to the parent/guardian email on file, not to the athlete.

• We retain athlete and parent information for as long as needed to provide training services, honor package balances, and meet basic business recordkeeping needs.
• You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing us (see Contact below), subject to any records we're required to keep for payment or legal purposes.

• You can ask us to update, correct, or delete your information at any time.
• You can opt out of our email tips list at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails, or by emailing us directly.

• We may update this policy as our tools and services evolve. The "Last updated" date below will reflect the most recent version.
