- • By using nextgenathleticgreatness.com, our booking forms, or our NextGen Report Card tool, you agree to these Terms of Use.
- • If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our booking tools.
Who Can Use This Site
- • This site is intended for parents/guardians registering athletes, and for coaching staff. Training sessions start at age 5, and all registrations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.
Booking & Payments
- • Session bookings are made through our Google Form links. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
- • Package pricing, expiration windows, cancellation notice requirements, and refund terms are governed by our Training Policies page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
NextGen Report Card Tool
- • The Report Card tool generates a written summary based on scores and notes entered by the coach after a training session.
- • It is a coaching communication aid only — it is not a medical, psychological, or professional athletic assessment, and should not be relied on as one.
- • Report content reflects the coach's observations for a single session and is not a guarantee of an athlete's future performance.
Intellectual Property
- • All content on this site — including the NextGen Athletic Greatness name, logo, brand elements, written content, and training program descriptions — is owned by NAG Dynasty Group LLC unless otherwise noted.
- • You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Photo & Video
- • Training sessions may be photographed or filmed for coaching and marketing purposes (e.g., Instagram, website content).
- • If you do not want your athlete included in photo or video content, please notify us in writing before the session.
Website Disclaimers
- • This website and its tools are provided "as is." We do our best to keep information accurate and the site functioning properly, but we don't guarantee the site, forms, or report-card tool will always be available or error-free.
- • We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party services we rely on (Stripe, Google Forms, Resend, Netlify) that are outside our control.
Limitation of Liability
- • To the fullest extent permitted by law, NAG Dynasty Group LLC and NextGen Athletic Greatness are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or its tools.
- • This section addresses website/tool use only. Physical training risk, injury, and liability during in-person sessions are addressed separately in our training waiver, signed at registration.
Third-Party Links
- • Our site links to third-party services (Google Forms, Stripe, Instagram, Facebook). We aren't responsible for the content or practices of those external sites.
Governing Law
- • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
